Answers about attending, registration, planning, and conference policies.

We are geared for 18-25 year olds and their leaders, but we are willing to flex that a bit because we are aware our conference can also serve those in their late 20s or mature high schoolers.
Yes, we plan to livestream the main sessions at crosscon.com.
Our hope is to focus on God’s Word during CROSS CON, and therefore, we ask that you find outside arrangements for childcare. If that's not possible, children are welcome to attend CROSS CON, but they must pay for registration. If you have an infant that will share your seat the entire conference, you don't have to register them. However, infant carriers cannot take up seating and cannot encroach the aisles, and you must park strollers in a designated, unguarded room at the Convention Center. Please be aware that we will not have family accommodations (e.g., nursing mother's room and changing room).
No. We only sell full tickets for the conference. Partial tickets are not available.
Yes. You do not need to be part of a group to attend CROSS CON. Individual registrations are welcome.
If possible, we encourage you to attend with others from your local church. This gives you people with whom you can process what you hear and continue those conversations after the conference.
No. Non-Christians, skeptics, and those exploring Christianity are welcome.
We proclaim the gospel clearly and do not assume everyone in the room already believes. Our aim is to explain what Christians believe in plain language and invite everyone to listen and consider it seriously.
Yes. Breakout registration will take place through the CROSS CON app. We will send app access and registration instructions before the conference.
Yes! At the bottom of your receipt is an option to CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Once your account is created you can continue to add (or subtract) tickets. This places all your tickets under the original account email address and this assures that you will continue to receive the appropriate discounts for the total number of tickets you have placed. All orders registered under the same email address are combined in our system so that when you arrive at the conference, all your orders will be grouped together to distribute to your group.
Yes. You can add to your group at the current group rate. In other words, the rate you pay today does not lock in future additions.
You can easily add to your group by setting up an account and managing your tickets. The link to do so will be provided inside of your original order's confirmation email.
Yes. If you are part of a group of 4-9 you can register your whole group at a $10 discount per ticket by selecting the “Group 4+” ticket. If you are bringing a group of 10+, you can register your whole group at a $20 discount per ticket by selecting the “Group 10+” ticket.
Nothing. When you arrive, we'll have a team to point you to the check-in area where you'll just need to provide the name of the person who purchased the tickets. You will then be provided a corresponding number of wristbands. For example, if you purchased 20 tickets, you will be given 20 wristbands that then you can distribute to your group. Those wristbands are the credential that you'll need every day to enter the conference.
You may make your conference tickets refundable for an additional 9% at checkout.
Refundable tickets may be canceled for any reason before December 1, 2026. You will receive a refund of the ticket price minus a $20 processing fee per conference ticket.
For example, if you purchased 10 conference tickets for $1,200 and canceled all 10, you would receive a $1,000 refund.
Refundable meal plans may also be canceled before December 1, 2026. Meal-plan refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee per ticket.
Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.
